Posey
Posey Broomhall has been immersed in the hair industry since the age of 14, building her skills, creativity, and passion for luxury hairdressing from a young age. After winning Apprentice of the Year in 2009, Posey went on to open Harpo Hair in Brighton in 2014 with a vision of creating a salon experience that combined beautiful hair, elevated interiors, and a space clients genuinely loved returning to.
Posey specialises in seamless blonding, precision foiling, lived-in colour, and creating effortless hair that feels luxurious yet wearable for everyday life. As a busy mum of three, she understands the importance of creating hair that not only looks incredible in the salon, but is manageable, healthy, and easy to maintain between appointments.
Passionate about ongoing education and inspiring the next generation of hairdressers, Posey is proud to be part of the L’Oréal Professionnel Creators Club and has spoken at L’Oréal Future Me events, mentoring and educating emerging hairdressers entering the industry. Her creativity and influence within the hair industry also led to her being nominated for Digital Influencer of the Year.
Known for creating a warm, motivating, and supportive salon environment, Posey is deeply passionate about mentoring her team, nurturing apprentices, and ensuring every client leaves Harpo Hair feeling confident, refreshed, and cared for.
Amanda has been part of the Harpo Hair journey since 2017 and has grown from apprentice to manager and part owner of the business. With over 10 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, Amanda has become known for her incredible colour work, specialising in seamless blondes, luxury brunettes, dimensional colour, and personalised colour transformations. Passionate about creating healthy, beautiful hair, Amanda loves working with L’Oréal Professionnel colours and custom shades tailored to every client.
Recognised for both her creativity and leadership within the salon, Amanda was proudly nominated for Manager of the Year — reflecting her passion for team culture, client experience, and helping the Harpo Hair team thrive across both Brighton salon locations. Amanda is also highly skilled in luxury hair extensions, creating seamless, natural-looking results designed to add effortless length and volume.
Known for her bubbly and welcoming personality, Amanda loves making every client feel confident, relaxed, and genuinely cared for from the moment they walk through the salon doors.
Hannah completed her apprenticeship at Harpo Hair and is now a qualified stylist continuing to refine her craft through the Harpo Hair training program at our Hampton Street salon. Passionate about creating beautiful, effortless hair, Hannah specialises in luminous blondes, seamless lived-in colour, and healthy, wearable hair tailored to each client’s individual style.
Known for her calm nature and warm approach, Hannah creates a welcoming salon experience where clients feel relaxed, confident, and genuinely looked after. With a strong eye for detail and a love for modern colour work, she approaches every appointment with care, creativity, and a passion for helping clients feel their absolute best.
Originally from Ireland, Mary has been part of the Harpo Hair team for the past two years and has become such a valued and loved part of the salon. Bringing over 10 years of industry experience, Mary trained at one of Ireland’s leading salons, Peter Mark, where she refined her skills in luxury colour, blonding, balayage, styling, and signature blow waves.
Known for her beautiful colour work and effortless styling, Mary has a natural talent for creating healthy, wearable hair that leaves clients feeling confident and refreshed. Her blow waves have become a client favourite within the salon, and her calm, caring nature makes every appointment feel welcoming and personalised.
Mary’s warm personality, strong work ethic, and genuine care for both her clients and team have made her an integral part of the Harpo Hair environment, bringing positive energy, creativity, and experience to the salon every day.
Maddie joined Harpo Hair in 2020 and has grown into an incredibly talented and valued part of the team. Passionate about all things hair, Maddie loves every aspect of the salon industry — from styling and blow waves to colour work, client experience, and ongoing education. Her natural creativity, strong attention to detail, and love for learning have seen her continually grow and thrive within the Harpo Hair training environment.

Liv is currently in the final year of her apprenticeship at Harpo Hair and has quickly become known for her natural talent, creativity, and passion for the hair industry. Trained within the Harpo Hair education program, Liv has developed a strong skill set across styling, blow waves, colour work, and client care, with a genuine love for making clients feel confident and beautiful.
