Established in 2014 by Brighton local and entrepreneur Posey Broomhall, Harpo Hair has grown from a one person salon into a multi award-nominated boutique hair salon brand with two Brighton, Melbourne locations, known for luxury hair, signature blow waves, flawless blondes, precision colour, and effortless styling. Built on a passion for beautiful hair and elevated salon experiences, Harpo Hair has become a destination for personalised colour, modern hair transformations, and confidence-boosting results.
Led by Posey, the Harpo Hair team specialises in blondes, precision cutting, luxury hair extensions, and advanced colour services tailored to every client’s individual style and lifestyle. Working seamlessly across both Brighton salon locations, the team has created a welcoming and inspiring environment where clients feel genuinely cared for and team members feel supported, motivated, and connected. Known for its signature interiors and elevated salon experience, Harpo Hair blends luxury hairdressing with a strong sense of community and creativity.

Education has always been at the heart of Harpo Hair, with a strong focus on mentoring apprentices, ongoing training, and helping every team member grow and thrive within the industry. As a passionate training salon, the team regularly attends advanced education through the L’Oréal Academy and works closely together to continuously build their skills, creativity, and confidence. Amanda, one of Harpo Hair’s very first apprentices, now works closely alongside Posey as part of the business, helping lead and support the team across both salon locations — a reflection of Harpo Hair’s commitment to long-term growth, loyalty, and creating real career opportunities within the industry. Many of the Harpo Hair team members have been with the salon for years, creating the supportive, close-knit culture Harpo Hair is known for today.
